Bandikui polytechnic to be named after Jyotiba Phule

Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma Saturday announced that Bandikui Polytechnic College in Dausa will be named after Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Savitri Bai Phule e-libraries will be set up in one higher secondary school in every block, and a Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Adarsh School will be established in each district.Sharma made the announcements while addressing a state-level programme on the 200th birth anniversary of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule in Bandikui. He also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 213 development works costing Rs 607.6 crore in Bandikui, and announced an ROB at the Bandikui-Dausa railway crossing, along with sewerage and drainage gap works in Bandikui and Baswa Nagar Palika.He said his govt has secured Union Cabinet approval for a 41-km-long Phase 2 metro expansion and the Pachpadra refinery.Sharma also targeted former chief minister Ashok Gehlot, calling him a тАЬTwitter MasterтАЭ, and alleged GehlotтАЩs тАЬ7 to 10 kmтАЭ Jaipur Metro project was built without proper planning and is тАЬincurring a loss of Rs 10 lakh per dayтАЭ.тАЬCongress did nothing to advance the Metro project in Jaipur. Gehlot brought only a metro project of just 7 to 10 km, and even that is incurring a loss of Rs 10 lakh per day. He only completed formality. Now, he is becoming a Twitter Master.
