Jaipur: Rising golfer Ojaswini Saraswat delivered an outstanding performance to secure her 11th national title at the prestigious IGU West Bengal Ladies & Junior Girls Golf Championship, held from April 13 to 16 at the iconic Tollygunge Golf Club in Kolkata.Competing in the Amateur ‘B’ category, Ojaswini showcased remarkable composure under pressure, clinching the title in a thrilling playoff against a fellow Rajasthan player. Both competitors made par on the first playoff hole. In the decisive second playoff hole — a challenging par-3 — Ojaswini held her nerve to sink a birdie and seal victory.This win marks her first title in the Amateur ‘B’ category and an impressive 11th national title overall, further cementing her status as one of India’s most promising young golfers.Representing Rajasthan at the national level, Ojaswini is a proud member of Rambagh Golf Club.
