Ajmer: Police arrested resident doctor Kailash Kumar Jingar (32), resident of Jalore district and currently working in govt Janana Hospital of Ajmer and e-Mitra centre owner Kushal Chouhan (32) for allegedly raping and blackmailing a minor girl.Ajmer SP Harsh Vardhan Agarwala told TOI that the girl’s sister Sunday lodged an FIR at Krishna Ganj police chowki. She stated that the 16-year-old girl had gone to the Janana Hospital with her sister-in-law for delivery last year. Dr Jingar took her number from data entry record and informed her about the newborn baby. During the investigation it was found that the accused doctor took her to his flat where he served an intoxicated drink and raped her. The accused took photos and video and blackmailed her. The teen had injury marks on her body. Police stated that the girl then confided in her acquaintance and e-Mitra centre owner Kushal Chouhan who assured to help her. Chouhan took her to the back of his shop and raped her. Chouhan, started blackmailing her on the basis of her photos on her mobile, and then raped her several times.
